Wow, what a great company to deal with. I hired a car from Art for our month long trip around Costa Rica. On the first day a sensor on... read more the gearbox failed, I called Art and within an hour he had organised a mechanic for us. The fault could not be repaired and would have needed parts ordering, so Art got a driver to deliver a replacement the nextday, even though we were over 200ml and a ferry ride away and kept in touch to ensure there were no issues for the rest of trip.
